Who is Lena?
Lena is a bilingual licensed clinical social worker and intuitive empowerment coach helping burned out individuals put themselves first without feeling guilty!
Burnout is something that is near and dear to her, teaching others the importance of how to reduce and BANISH burnout once and for all through the use of spirituality, self-compassion and grace.
What is Burnout?
Burnout is stress overload. Lena describes the mental fatigue as too much to handle that you don’t want to do anything, and it can show up in so many different ways. Here’s a few:

You can experience all of these stresses and not consider yourself burned out because you’re sweeping them under the rug. Sometimes we even overcompensate in one area of life becuase of the stress we feel in another area!
How to Prevent Burnout in Your Life

- Be honest with yourself. How are you really feeling about that friend? Or that job?
- Check in with yourself. How did you feel after hanging out with a friend, or after you get home from work? Or even check in with yourself while out with a friend or at work.
